التخلف عن إرسال إشعار قبل انتهاء مدة عقد الإيجار
مرحبًا،
سينتهي عقد إيجار شقتي في 14 يناير 2020. ذهبت إلى مكتب العقارات في الثالث من ديسمبر الماضي وأخبروني أنني سأدفع غرامة قدرها ثلاثة أشهر من الإيجار لأنني لم ألتزم بفترة الإشعار التي تبلغ مدتها 60 يومًا.
أقيم في هذه الشقة منذ ثلاث سنوات ولا يقدمون لي أي خصم وجميع الشقق السكنية الأخرى هنا في البرشاء انخفضت قيمة إيجارها باستثناء المبنى الذي أقيم فيه.
الفرق كبير حقًا إذا كنا نتحدث عن شقة تتضمن غرفتي نوم. لقد طلبوا مني تجديد العقد وتمديده لمدة ثلاثة أشهر. ولكنني حقًا أريد الانتقال.

As a general rule, it is the duty of the tenant to inform the landlord at least 60 days in advance of his intention to vacate the property.

First of all, you must check your Tenancy Contract conditions regarding contract termination and vacating the property.
If you think any deductions are unlawful and do not correspond conditions of your Tenancy Contract, you may file a complaint in RDC.
