إلزام صاحب العمل بإلغاء التأشيرة بعد إنهاء الخدمة

مساء الخير،

أرسل لي صاحب العمل خطاب "التوقف عن العمل" بتاريخ 23/10/2019 بانتظار التحقيق في المخالفات التي ارتُكبت في الشركة.

انتهت صلاحية تأشيرتي في 13/11/2019 ولم يقرروا هل سيتم تجديد التأشيرة أم سيتم إلغائها. مع العلم أنه لم يتم إجراء مقابلة معي أو التحقيق معي أو استجوابي بشأن أي شيء.

كان من المفترض أن يتم دفع راتب شهر نوفمبر 2019 وفقًا لإدارة مركز توافق القانونية. كما أخبروني أن خطاب التوقف عن العمل ساري لمدة 10 أيام فقط.

I would advise you to file a case of receiving your dues and cancellation. Once filed in the court you have nothing to worry about.

Your visa already expired and they have one month to renew and you have the same period; after that, YOU have to pay the fine if you overstay.

This is a catch 22 situation. Ask Tawafuq the letter to file the case in the court to avoid overstay fine.
