Possibility to re-enter the UAE after curing a communicable disease

Dear Ahmed Elnaggar,

Last year in November, I was deported from the UAE because they found HIV in my blood. So I got a permanent ban. Since then I am on HIV medications.

Viral load of HIV in my blood is now undetectable which means non-transmissible. So I am wondering if I can lift my ban. Is there a way?

Thank you in advance.

Dear Questioner,

The only way to try again is to apply for a visit visa from your home country and see if you get through or not.

Then if you get a rejection, we may draft a POA to represent you. And if you send to us the medical reports that show you're negative of the HIV, we may file a request to the immigration to allow you in the UAE for medical tests before they grant you the approval to visits or reside or to guide us to a medical center abroad that is certified and approved by the UAE immigration for such tests.
