تأثير القضية الجنائية على إجراءات الدعوى المدنية

هل يمكن تعليق الإجراءات في القضية المدنية، إذا كانت هناك قضية جنائية معلقة مرتبطة بالقضية المدنية أو ذات صلة بنفس القضية؟

وفقًا للمادة 28 من القانون الاتحادي رقم 35 لسنة 1992 بشأن قانون الإجراءات الجنائية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة المعدل بالقانون الاتحادي رقم 29 لسنة 2005 ("قانون الإجراءات الجنائية"):

على سبيل المثال، إذا كانت هناك قضية جنائية مالية قائمة، أي قضية شيك مرتجع صادر عن البنك قائمة لم يتم تسويتها، هل سيمنع ذلك رفع دعوى مدنية في المحكمة؟

At the moment the procedure to withhold a criminal proceeding is not available.

However, new Insolvency Law introduces such procedure effective January 2020.
