تحية محبة. أسعى لشراء عقار في منطقة جبلية مساحته 15000 متر مع بيت من طابقين مساحته 450 م، وأريد أن أعرف من أين أبدأ الإجراءات القانونية وهل أنا بحاجة لمحام لإجراء المعاملات؟

How can I sue the policemen who arrested my husband for their brutal actions against him while he was in detention for three dyes based on a complaint about celebration shooting in a wedding party? It appeared in the end that it was a complaint without any grounds and he doesn't have a weapon basically?

أريد التقدم للحصول على قرض سكني لشراء شقة في منطقة الأشرفية- بيروت وقيمتها حوالي 300000 $، وحصلت من البنك على المستندات المطلوبة مني شخصياً والمستندات الخاصة بالشقة. أنا أعمل في الخارج ولا أعرف الإجراءات كثيراً فيما يتعلق بالحصول على المستندات من الدوائر الرسمية وكم تتطلب من الوقت، خاصة أني لا أستطيع حالياً ترك عملي لأكثر من أسبوع. أرجو إفادتي بذلك وإذا كان من الضروري وجودي شخصياً للحصول على هذه الأوراق وشكراً.

I would like to get married as per the laws of civil marriage in Lebanon, after I had seen reports that the law has started to approve the civil marriage and the marriage is deemed legal.  Please provide me with any information in this regard.
