سداد الفواتير المستحقة على العقار عند انتهاء عقد الإيجار
لقد غادر المستأجر لدي العقار بعد انتهاء العقد الأسبوع الماضي ولكن دون إيقاف تشغيل المرافق مثل الخدمات الخاصة بهيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي وشركة إيميكول وشركة دو ... وما إلى ذلك، ويطلب مني سداد كافة التكاليف من مبلغ التأمين (مبلغ التأمين كافٍ).
إنه لا يرد على مكالماتي الهاتفية أو رسائلي. لدي مستأجر جديد جاهز، ولكن بسبب هذه المشكلة، لم يوافق على تأجير الشقة.
ماذا يجب علي أن أفعل لأجل ذلك؟

2) خسارة الدخل من الإيجار الجديد
