Terminating an employment contract by an employee because of the workload

If it is a limited contract, just send a notice and leave, you still under the probation period.

If it is unlimited, just leave.

Kindly elaborate on what do you mean by the sponsor? Do you mean your employer? What kind of job and what type of contract do you have? and by the workload, you mean how many hours and how many days per week?

The UAE labor law has defined specific allowed days and time to work. If the employer is forcing you to work more, you may file a complaint.

However, if you are requested to work within the legal limits, then you can get a penalty for premature resignation.
