Should my employer provide me with air ticket if I don't leave Bahrain upon resignation?
Hi, I'm working in Bahrain, I already submitted my resignation & was accepted by my employer. However, my employer declined to provide my one-way ticket to my home country due to the fact that I was locally hired. Kindly advise if the company is obliged to pay to the employee the cost of the air ticket back to my home country upon my resignation.
