Defaulting on credit card payments and possible settlement

I was suddenly moved out of the UAE by my company. I now live in Europe where taxes are much higher.

I have 3 credit cards that I need to pay off but cannot seem to get much sympathy by the credit card companies and some are threatening with legal action.

I want to pay the amounts due, but need to extend the payment terms and/or get the owed amount reduced. Looking at options so that I can pay back the money owed.

Thank you.

Dear questioner,

You may face legal actions by the banks for the non-payment of the credit cards payments.

Your main option here is to negotiate with the banks to close the cards as without a deal with each of them they have the right to use the security cheques to file criminal complaints against you.

This will lead to put your name on the criminal wanted list at the airport and all other entry points of the country.

We are able to help you negotiate with the banks & settle the debts if you have something to offer them. This means that you must be able to financially settle at least a part of the principal debt.

You may contact us through the email to assist you further.
