Using the e-signature of an employee without his/her knowledge

The company used my e-signature on my contract without my knowledge, then refused to give me a copy of the contract when I asked (I couldn't access it online because of some issues with the company).

Now after I've resigned, I've come to know that they've kept my basic very low while increasing housing allowance in order to pay very low gratuity. I have never seen my contract until after I left and it was also signed without my consent.

Dear questioner,

Kindly confirm whether your salary in the labor contract is different from the salary mentioned in your offer letter.

Further, if the signature on the labor contract is not yours, then it is a criminal offense from the company side.

Kindly contact us via phone for a detailed discussion or write us an email for further assistance.

Dear questioner,

From your message, I understand that you never signed the labour contract? Who signed it? Did you sign any offer letters when you joined the company?

Is there any difference between the offer letter and the employment contract?

Best Regards,

Raluca Gatina

I signed the offer letter and my e-signature was used.

If you are 100% sure that you did not sign the labor contract, you can file a criminal complaint against the company.

Is there any difference between the offer letter and the employment contract, from the salary point of view?
