The consumer's right to report high service charges

A chiller company (X) in Dubai is charging AED 2/ton while all other chiller companies charge much less (e.g. (Y) charges AED 0.568/ton). So the difference is huge between those 2 companies.

For a 1 bedroom apartment within the same month, X is charging AED 1100 while Y is charging 618 which almost half.

Are there no regulations from the government for cooler charges?

And shouldn't there be some customer rights on how much chiller companies can charge?

Thanks.

Dear Questioner,

In UAE a vendor/service provider is free to charge any rate as per his wish.

If you are not satisfied with a particular vendor/service provider, definitely you have a right to change to someone else who can give you better pricing and better services.
