هل يمكن فصل موظفة بسبب سوء سلوكها؟

طاب صباحك،

لقد أرسلنا تحذيرًا نهائيًا لموظفة بسبب سوء سلوكها ولافتعالها مشاكل مع الموظفين.

في الموقف الأخير، فعلت الشيء نفسه حيث أنها غادرت المكتب مبكرًا دون إبلاغ المدير (أبلغت صاحب الشركة وهو ليس مديرها المباشر) وذلك بعد أن تغيبت لمدة يومين دون أذن.

لقد أرسلت رسالة لصاحب الشركة لكنه لم يرد ولم يوافق على سبب الغياب.

هل من القانوني إنهاء خدمتها؟
