Leaving the UAE without canceling the visa or renewing the trade license

From the above short description, I assume that you were the manager in the trade license and you left the country without formally closing the business.

You have not mentioned, whether you have left any financial liability in the country either personally or on behalf of the company.

If yes, you may face trouble in immigration, provided there is blacklisting for criminal cases [for financial crimes] or arrest warrants in civil executions [outstanding debts] against your name.

Please make sure that nothing of that sort is existing before you travel.

It is recommended to liquidate the company if you do not have an intention to re-start the operations.
