Hi. One of my friends joined a Telegram group. They said, "We will transfer some amount to your account, and your task is to transfer this amount to another account. Once the task is completed, you will get 30 or 50 AED per task." He completed 3 to 4 tasks, but he realized it was not good, so he stopped. After one week, when he opened his account, it was blocked, and the bank said, "We are conducting an investigation; after this, we will let you know." After some days, he had an accident and went to his home country. He then received a call from a landline number, which was from the Abu Dhabi police station. They said, "We have received a complaint against you; come to our investigation department." However, due to his surgery and treatment, he could not go. After some time, his bank account was reopened, and he did not receive any further calls. I want to know, if he comes back to the UAE or goes to any other GCC country, will he face any problems? If someone has a case in the UAE, can they travel to another GCC country? Please advise!

Good day, Sir, I have received a message from the Dubai Court stating that a bank has filed a civil case against me. The loan has been pending since February 2019. I cleared the cheque bounce case earlier with a court fine in 2019. I am looking forward to a minimum settlement plan with the bank. Hello, I was being transferred to Dubai airport by an Emirati chauffeur who crashed into the back of another vehicle. I continued on with business flight to West Africa, but had double vision briefly, continuous headaches and stiffening of neck and back. Upon arrival, I asked to be seen by a company doctor who diagnosed me with a mild concussion and I was ordered to take bed rest which impacted my timetable. The headaches continued for 3 days, though I returned to my itinerary on the next day after an additional examination. Can you please tell me if I can claim compensation and what is the process?

Hi Sir, I am K. I am working as a safety officer in a construction site. 1 year before, there was an accident to a worker, which caused fracture on the leg. He was given all the treatment necessary and waiting for the final operation next year Feb  (2020). For the last 1 year, the police are holding passports of our project manager, me, and the foreman. I currently pay 35% of my monthly salary to my wife for child support. She wants more. I am due to leave the country next July permanently. If she opens a court case, will that stop me from leaving? Has she got a case for more money?
