Q: My friend used my civil ID to order a mobile phone from a mobile company. It is payable for six months. She paid 2 months but the mobile got broken and she asked replacement from the company. The company took the phone but did not give any replacement thus my friend did not pay her outstanding balance. Now they are calling me asking me to pay the balance and penalty. Why am I going to pay penalty and balance where in fact the mobile is in their possession? Am I getting sued for letting my friend use my ID? Note that I didn't sign any papers from the company. They are threatening me that if I will not pay they will send police to arrest me.

س: السلام عليكم أنا كنت مستأجر سيارة لأكثر من سنة من مكتب تأجير سيارات وتأخرت في السداد تقريباً شهرين ونصف وتواصلت مع المكتب لأسدد جزء من المبلغ وأكمل الباقي بعد بضعة أيام. رفض المكتب الموضوع بأن أسدد جزء من المبلغ. في اليوم التالي ذهبت للمخفر وأجريت إثبات حالة واستلم المكتب السيارة في المخفر. هل يحقق لمكتب السيارات رفع قضية خيانة أمانة علي كما يقول لي صاحب المكتب مع العلم أنني لم أسدد المبلغ إلى الآن؟
