Terminating an employee because his services are no longer needed
Termination of a limited contract on probation period without any reason.
The company mentioned that "your services are no longer needed". Is it correct?
In this case, what can I get as compensation, visa charges, air ticket, etc?

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out with your legal query!
In a limited contract, if the company terminates your service, then they will have to pay you a minimum of 3 months' compensation or compensation for the remaining period of time.
Here, the company terminated you without any sufficient reason. Thereby you can go to the labor court for your benefits.
