Q: How will I know if I have a "travel ban" and "court case" against me in Abu Dhabi, UAE?
My next destination of work is Abu Dhabi city.
I just received a job offer now in Abu Dhabi, but I had an "unpaid personal loan and credit card" in Qatar due to recession/job loss due to termination due to the completion of the project I still have an outstanding balance.
I am afraid if my employment papers will be blocked and I can not be employed by my agency to Abu Dhabi to work.
Do I have to tell my employer about this issue? This is a personal problem for me only.
Thanks

Do I get a travel ban in the UAE for a bank loan in Saudi Arabia?
16
Q: Good day!
I'm a resident of the UAE now. I had an unpaid bank loan in Saudi Arabia way back in 2014.
Now, Bilkish agency, a debt collection agency, keeps on calling me to pay my debt in just a few days. I can't afford to pay immediately because I'm not earning too much.
An agent said she will make sure the bank will block me here in the UAE.
Does the collection agency have the right to block me in immigration or put me into travel ban here in the UAE?
Thank you so much for your reply.

I left Qatar with possible absconding, civil and criminal cases. Can I enter the UAE?

Q: Hi there,
In 2014 I had been to Qatar on a "Work-Business" visa valid for 30 days. Before my visa expiration, I fled from Qatar back to India without informing the sponsor or office management.
After I returned to India, I received an email from HR stating that the Qatari sponsor has filed an absconding case, a civil case, and a criminal case against me with the Ministry of Interior in Qatar.
Now my question is, can I travel to Dubai on a work visa?
Will there be any issue entering Dubai assuming that the Qatari sponsor has filed the said cases against me?
Awaiting your response,
H.

Consequences of leaving the UAE without canceling the employment contract 0
I have been in Dubai 2 years ago. I left the country before the end of my contract with a hotel. I resigned after 4 months, they asked me to pay AED 5000 penalty.
Instead of paying the penalty, I just left and got back to my country. Am I banned? Will I be able to work in Dubai in the future?

Deducting housing allowance from end of service gratuity upon resignation 0
I have resigned from my current job and my last day is May 9th after a notice period of 2 months. I was employed for 4 years.
My employer has paid me a full year housing allowance and would like to deduct the remaining months from my end of service. Is this allowed? I have not been made aware that the amount would be deducted in case I resign.
Also, I am entitled to 30 days of leave per year. Since I have resigned, they have applied a pro-rata for this year for the end of service calculation. Is this allowed?
Shouldn't I be compensated for the 30 days that I have not taken?
Thank you!
