The expected judgement and penalty in a civil case
Hello
I would like to know my civil case running in Sharjah Court before it was in management. Now the new date will be up to the judge.
Now the judge will hear us. It's a money issue, I want to know if the judgement will come that I have to pay.
What will happen? Will I be in jail?
Please advise.

Hi Dear.
In a civil case, If you fail to defend your case properly, the court may pass a judgement to pay the amount.
If you fail to pay, the court will block your travel outside the UAE and put you in civil jail.
The court also can recover your assets, close your establishment if any and freeze your bank account.
