Exemption from the court fees in a labour case

In many advice answers, I see that court fee being mentioned for the labour cases above AED 100,000.

However, as per article 5 of labour law, workers are exempted from court fee. In which law is this court fee mentioned?

Dear Questioner,

Pursuant to your question, if you are initiating a labour case from your side with the MOL, then there is no requirement for you to pay court fees.

Kindly contact us on the phone for a detailed discussion or write to us at the email for further assistance.

I got the NOC from MOHRE to go to court.

As the amount is more than AED 100,000, will I need to pay the court fee?
