Checking the minutes of a court hearing online
Q: I have a case in Sharjah Court. Few hearings already completed and during last hearing, I have produced the witness as well. I would like to understand what was the comment made by the judge during this hearing. Where can I find case details? I didn't get this from public prosecution. Is there any online platform where I can check details online using case number?

Mutual Termination vs Resignation
Is it possible to request a mutual termination of the contract from the employer? My employer recently asked me to submit a resignation. Since it's not legal for him to do this and since I don't mind leaving the company for better opportunities, is it legal for me to request a mutual termination of contract letter? What are the important things that should be stated in the letter?
