قضية جنائية من قبل صاحب العمل وحجز جواز السفر
أوقفني صاحب العمل عن العمل بسبب قيامه برفع قضية جريمة إلكترونية ضدي. قال لي إن قضيتي في الشرطة، وقد تم بالفعل إعطاء جواز سفري للشرطة.
لكنني متأكد من أن جواز سفري لا يزال مع صاحب العمل. هل ما زال بإمكاني الحصول على جواز السفر أم انتظر إغلاق ملف الشرطة؟
هل لا يزال بإمكاني الخروج من الإمارات أثناء نظر قضية الشرطة؟

Pursuant to your question, I am assuming that your employer has filed a criminal case against you.
In the criminal case, a travel ban should already be there in place. Further, if your passport is with the police, you will get it only after you finish your criminal case.
E-crimes are not easy to handle. I would rather suggest you take proper legal help to defend you and represent yourself at the police station and the court as well.
