Criminal case by the employer and holding passport
My employer suspended me from work because my employer filed an E-crime case against me. He told me my case is under police case and my passport was given to police already.
But I'm sure that my passport is still with my employer. Can I still get my passport or wait for the police case to close?
Can I still go out of the UAE while having the police case?

Pursuant to your question, I am assuming that your employer has filed a criminal case against you.
In the criminal case, a travel ban should already be there in place. Further, if your passport is with the police, you will get it only after you finish your criminal case.
E-crimes are not easy to handle. I would rather suggest you take proper legal help to defend you and represent yourself at the police station and the court as well.
