Checking cases to clear a loan before returning to the UAE
Hi Ma'am,
I took a loan in an amount of 50000 in Sep 2016, and then I came back to my country. But now, I came back to Dubai.
Can you tell me how many days will the police give me in jail and how much fine for AED 50000 loan?

Dear Questioner,
In case you did not pay the loan I suggest you do not come to the UAE until I check if there is any criminal case filed against you.
If there is any criminal case against you, your name will be blacklisted and you can be caught in the airport.
In order for me to check your records, I need from you a Power of Attorney (POA) allowing me to act on your behalf before the required authorities.
I will draft the POA for you and send the word version in English and Arabic.
Please note that the POA shall be notarized at the Notary Public office in your home country or the country you are currently residing in.
After notarization, you should attest the POA in the UAE Embassy in your home country or the country you are currently residing in.
Once this procedure is done, you should send the original POA to the address which I will provide you.
If you wish to proceed, please let me know.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
