Q: If the employee terminates the contract in probation period, then should the employee pay money to the employer for visa cost and airfare cost of the employee?

Q: I am working for my present company without signing any contract with the company. I'm working in this company for more than 2 months. And they applied for my visa only this month October 9, 2017.
