The right action for delay in a purchased property handover

I purchased property in Dubai and still, they haven’t delivered and keep saying it’s not complete yet I see advertisements for same property saying ready for handover.

What shall I do?

Hello,

According to Dubai Land Department rules, a developer may delay the property up to 1 year from the completion dates as mentioned in the SPA.

You may file a suit against them but to advise you about the jurisdiction, I will have to see the SPA that you signed.
