المساعدة في إجراءات الطلاق بالتراضي

استفساري عن الطلاق بالتراضي، أود أن أعرف المزيد من المعلومات حول هذا الأمر.

لقد انفصلت أنا وزوجي منذ سبع سنوات منذ عام 2013. لقد حاولنا التصالح ولكن الأمر لم ينجح.

كلانا يقيم هنا في دولة الإمارات حتى الآن ولدى كل منا حياة منفصلة بالفعل، كما أنه لدينا ابنة واحدة تعيش في الفلبين تحت رعاية والدته.

نحن الاثنين نتولى الإنفاق على ابنتنا. ونتحدث مرة واحدة في الشهر إذا كان الأمر يهم ابنتنا بصورة كبيرة. ليس لدي فكرة عن مكان إقامته في الوقت الحالي في دولة الإمارات.

أتواصل مع ابنتي من خلال والدة زوجي. ليس لدينا حساب بنكي أو ملكية مشتركة في الفلبين.

لقد أهدرنا وقتاً طويلاً. أود التقدم بطلب للحصول على الطلاق بالتراضي حتى لا يكون اسمي مرتبطًا به ويمكننا على حد سواء المضي قدمًا بشكل قانوني.

Pursuant to your query, both of you have a residence visa in the UAE, you can move an application for divorce before the family court here in the UAE.

You can apply for mutual divorce at the Personal Status Court and will be able to get a judgement within 1-3 months.

Please note the Article 1 of the Federal Law No. 28 of Personal Affairs,

"The provisions of this Law shall apply on citizens of the United Arab Emirates State unless non-Muslims among them have special provisions applicable to their community or confession. They shall equally apply to non-citizens unless one of them asks for the application of his law".

Yes, you can file for divorce based on information furnished via mutual consent.

After getting the decree, you can get it executed in your home country or any other third country as well.
