The legal procedures of establishing business in Bahrain
Hello,
I am seeking legal advice on how to set up my business in Bahrain in the right way.
We are a Market Platform Application based on Dubai for PET drinking water. We are planning on going live in Bahrain by August.
The owners are Emiratis and Bahraini, what is the best way to start in terms of CR and office or virtual office?

Hello,
Great to know that you are considering expanding into Bahrain!
Depending on your intended activities to be conducted in Bahrain, it may be possible that some aspects of your business may be carried out in Bahrain without establishing a legal entity.
However, from past experiences, it is most probable that the full scope of your business would be best achieved only if an entity was established in Bahrain and a valid Commercial Registration (CR) was obtained.
A Limited Liability Company (WLL) or a Single Person Company (SPC) registered with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Tourism of Bahrain (MOIC) are the most commonly used legal entities.
This will allow the entity to carry out its businesses uninterrupted in the whole of Bahrain.
Trust this helps.
