Refund of security deposit from the landlord upon leaving
I moved out of an apartment in Dubai on 19th of April 2019. It is almost three months later and they still have not refunded the balance of the security deposit.
I have made repeated requests to get the money back but they are just wasting my time. How can I proceed to get this money back?

As per the relevant law, the landlord has to return the security deposit when the tenant returns the home in the exact same condition.
You may make a complaint to the Rent Committee against the landlord/agent whoever signed the tenancy contract for the refund of security deposit. Otherwise, your complaint will not be entertained.
The court has to decide based on the available evidence. So, you have all the relevant evidence related to your claim.
