Can my new employer withdraw the job offer if I go for a short leave to my country?

Hi,

I was working in the UAE with a construction company and got a new job offer from another company. I signed that offer letter and also cancelled from the old company. The offer letter was signed by both parties.

Now I want to go to my country but the company is saying that there is no need to go as my company visa will be changed here. But I have to go for some personal reasons.

If I go to my country is there any problem for my new job? Can the company withdraw my job offer?

Please tell me any solution of this.

You can change your visa without exiting the country for an additional fee. Talk to your employer to explain why you need to go. Better to stamp your visa then go for a short leave.

The job offer cannot be cancelled but you need to fight the case if it does not happen.
