Q: Dear Rajasree,
Good afternoon.
I hope this question finds you well.
I got terminated yesterday from my working place without reason, after 5 months. My contract said that they must give me a notice of 7 days.
The only answer which I got from the HR is " Manager personal reasons". What should I do in this situation, and what are my legal rights in this case?

Q: Hi Sir/Ma'am,
I just want to ask for an advice regarding my status.
I'm currently working for over a year already under an outsourcing company with an unlimited contract and they placed me in a hospital. Unfortunately, the hospital cancelled its contract with our company.
Now, my company sent me an email with an attachment saying that they will be proceeding with cancelling my employment contract as per Article 113 of the UAE Labor Law.
The notice period started last Aug. 22, 2018, and my last working day would be until Sept. 21, 2018.
Now, my concern is what are the benefits that I'm entitled to?
Will I have a problem with the MOL if ever I'll be employed in the future?
And is this basically a termination letter?
Thank you and I hope that you could give me some advice regarding this matter.

Q: Dear Sir/Madam,
Is it legal under the UAE labour law to dismiss someone for redundancy, in particular as this is not linked to restructuring, factory closure, business resizing...etc?

Q: My company terminated me but asked me to pay 3000 before they terminate my visa.
I had an unlimited contract with them. 3 years visa and I have made more than 2 years now with the company.
What should I do to get my passport and cancel my visa so that I can get another job?

س: السلام عليكم،
في حال وجود عقد عمل مُحدد بمدة معينة وهنالك مادة معينة ضمن العقد تتيح للطرفين إنهاء العقد بدون سبب على أن يتم إشعار الطرف الآخر خلال 30 يومًا، هل هذا يعني أن العقد سينتهي وأن الطرف الأول في حال هو مَن أنهى العقد لا يُعوِّض الطرف الثاني عن بقية العقد؟

My employer canceled me automatically without a valid reason. I have already finished almost 8 months and they brought me back to the agency.
The agency sent me again to another employer. Can I leave the agency?
My employer told me that I can't leave the agency because they paid for me. They canceled me without a reason.
I want to know my rights.
