Getting criminal records of the husband for a custody case
Good afternoon!
My name is P. and I am a lawyer in Brazil.
Currently, I am working on a case of custody of a child and I represent her mother. We have reasons to suspect that her father is not a good guardian because he was once detained for possession of drugs at the Dubai airport.
Unfortunately, the only evidence I have of this is a testimonial, so I wonder if I can get some sort of document proving the detention of someone by the federal police or any other authority in Dubai.

Hello,
You have two options:
1- You can use the testimony of two witnesses in the court who can testify that the husband was arrested at the airport.
2- Let the wife go to the police station and take evidence of the custody case and ask them to provide her with the case number.
After you get the case number, you can request the judge to provide a copy of the penal case.
