معنى بند الإنهاء المبكر لعقد إيجار
تلقيت إنذارًا بشأن الشقة التي أستأجرها في دبي، والتي ينص بند الإنهاء المبكر لعقد إيجارها على إلزامي بإخبار صاحب الشقة قبل تركها ب30 يومًا ودفع غرامة قدرها إيجار شهرين.
هل يلزم دفع الغرامة في حالة الإبلاغ برغبتي في الرحيل أم لا؟

Dear Questioner,
As you wrote it in your question it means that it is consecutive.
In other words and to be more clear, you will have to pay the penalty PLUS serving the notice of the 30 days. Which is to allow the landlord to look for another tenant in the period of one month while you are still occupying the unit and two months when it is vacant.
You basically lose three-month rent in this if you are planning to leave immediately.
