Dear F.,

In order to carry out a travel ban check in your name, I’ll need a Power of Attorney (POA) from you allowing me to act on your behalf.

This will allow me to personally check your records for any travel bans or arrest warrants that have been filed against your name.

I will draft the POA for you and send the word version in (English and Arabic).

Please note that the POA will need to be notarized and attested in your country of residence.

If my investigation reveals any cases or travel bans, we are experienced in having these removed from your records.
