Termination during probation and possible labour ban

I am working as an accountant general. This is my 3rd month after getting the visa. My employer is not satisfied with my work progress and always shouting at me. I am so afraid that he will dismiss me.

Will I get any employment ban? After the cancellation of visa during the probation period, will I get any grace period to search for any other job?
