Hosting freelancers on a website for online services
We are planning to set up an online service where we host event planning vendors.
Customers can then get in touch with these vendors through our site for their event planning needs.
I wish to know if I can host freelancers (who do not have a trade license) on this website, or is it illegal?

Please note that you may host freelancers on your website to give services to your clients.
However, there shall be proper disclaimers on the website to avoid any sort of risks due to freelancers.
Further, the financial arrangements, payments from the client and release to freelancers have to be properly arranged.
I will recommend you to sign properly structured agreements.
