المطالبة بمستحقات نهاية الخدمة عند الاستقالة
مرحبًا سيدتي،
أنا أعمل في شركة في إمارة الشارقة. لقد استقلت من وظيفتي الحالية بسبب مشاكل خاصة بعائلتي.
يعاني جميع الموظفين في شركتي من أجل الحصول على مستحقات نهاية الخدمة، ومع ذلك لا يحصلون على أي أموال من الشركة.
أحتاج إلى الحصول على مستحقاتي كاملة، حيث أنني لن أتمكن من حل مشاكل عائلتي إلا في هذه الحالة. كما أن لدي رصيد بطاقة ائتمان هنا.
يرجى تقديم المشورة، كيف يمكنني الحصول على مستحقات نهاية خدمتي من الشركة.

Thanks for contacting me online.
Even though you have resigned, you are eligible for the end of service benefits.
If the employer is not giving it to you, you can complain to the Labour through Tasheel and the Ministry of Labour will call the employer to check the chance of settlement.
If it is not settled there, the labour ministry will issue a NOC to you for moving to labour court with your complaint, and the labour court will decide the matter accordingly.
