What to do if the employer cannot pay your EOSB upon the visa cancellation
I submitted my resignation and served my one-month notice. My company asked me to sign the cancellation papers, however, mentioned that they cannot pay End of Service Benefits now and that they will pay in future.
As I am going back to my country permanently, what is the best way to get my due payments? I heard raising a complaint and the due procedure take months to settle.

When you resign or your contract is terminated... in order to cancel your visa you HAVE TO sign a paper that you received all your dues. Once you sign that then the story is over. And if you leave the UAE without cancelling your visa, you will be reported as absconding.
Even if they give you a post-dated cheque and you sign the paper that you received all dues if then the cheque bounces you have to litigate.
You should insist that your dues must be settled immediately failing which you must file a complaint before the Ministry.
