Sorting a new visa and other issues during a pending labour case

Hi.

I left my job with a Dubai based financial company (Not free zone) in March 2017, as I suspected my employer was taking deductions without my permission.

I have asked for a final settlement of AED 68000 which they refused, and are asking me AED 16000 in return for bonuses paid. I was not able to work my 30 days notice as they blocked my office access, email and database.

I have my first hearing due on the 9th of November, but my visa expires on the 18th of October. I am in a predicament because I have to travel next week for medical treatment in the UK and I have to take another job since I am not earning.

Please advise what I can do. After the 18th of October, I will not have medical insurance.

Is it possible I can get my visa cancelled without employer approval? Also, how can I arrange the travel approval?

Thanks for your help.
