الديون المستحقة للبنوك في إمارة دبي وتسويتها

مرحبًا،

هذا الأمر خاص بأحد أقاربي الذين لديهم بعض الديون في إمارة دبي المتعلقة ببطاقات الائتمان. الآن، هو في الهند. إنه يرغب في العودة إلى إمارة دبي.

As I understand your relative has financial liabilities in the UAE.

If he had given security cheques to the banks, then it is possible that the banks would have bounced his cheques and filed a police case against him.

In view of the police case, there will be a travel ban into the UAE and I wouldn't advise he travels to the UAE in this circumstance.

Your first step is to inspect the police records to ascertain what kind of cases he has if any.

Thereafter, with the help of a power of attorney such cases can be resolved either by paying fines or representation before Court.
