Drafting contracts for establishing an eCommerce startup
Q: Hi, We are a soon to be launching an eCommerce marketplace startup based out of Bahrain focusing on bulk procurement of industrial and construction products. We need help in preparing sellers and buyers agreement which needs to be in line with the Bahraini law. Also, we would like some advice on the founders and investor agreement also.

Cost and procedure for setting up a startup company
Q: Hi, What are the steps to start up my idea in Bahrain as a foreigner? 1) Is there anywhere where I could get the steps and cost involved? 2) And once we start our company in Bahrain, do we have to be in Bahrain? If so, should we apply for some sort of visa? Best regards, Z.

س: نحن شريكين في شركة، ومعنا شريك مواطن يمتلك واحد وخمسين بالمائة ونمتلك نحن النسبة الباقية بالتساوي. لا نريد الشريك المواطن الآن. كيف يمكن إخراجه من الشركة؟

Changing the status of a company to WLL company
I have a company that is 5 years old. It is an individual-owned company. I want to start over as WLL but without losing the track record of my current clients. I'm not sure if I should sell my current company to the new one? or Start a WLL and then move it. There will be a new name for the new WLL company too.

Claiming unpaid salaries after termination
I have an open contract for 2 years, started September 2018. The Bahraini company didn't pay me the last 4 months salary yet, I just received a termination letter with no real valid reasons, I have no warnings in my file. What claim can I file regarding unpaid salaries and unfair dismissal?
