Q: Hello Sir,
I was working for a free zone based company in Dubai for 2 years and 6 months. Then I went on vacation in 2017 March (my visa expired in Oct 2017) and I didn't come back to the UAE.
Sir, now I came to the UAE on a visit visa. Is it possible to get a new employment visa or there's a ban on the new employment visa?

Labour ban for resignation before completing one year

Q: I have got a 1-year ban because of leaving my previous job in 6 months and now I have an offer letter from a new company.
They are going to process my visa under unskilled labour which was the same in my previous contract. I want to know if this gets rejected, will I have any legal claim against the company who offered me a job?
Also, they took my visa copy, passport and Emirates ID copy even before issuing me an offer letter. So I assumed they would have already checked my eligibility to apply for a new visa.
Please guide me

Q: I know that I could be having a ban for not finishing my employment contract.
Can I travel anywhere else? And if the airline I am using will stop in Dubai when I travel to other countries, is it okay?

This is N. from Pakistan.
On the 8th of November 2019, I left Dubai and I have a ban for 1 year. At the time of leaving at the airport, I paid all my fines.
Can I come back to Dubai? How can I check it?
