الحرمان من العمل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والحرمان من الدخول إليها

لديّ حرمان من العمل لمدة سنة واحدة ابتداءً من 1 مايو 2019. عرفت من أحد الأصدقاء أن الحرمان من العمل يتبعه حرمان من الدخول. ما مدى صحة ذلك؟

إذا تلقيت عرضًا من صاحب عمل آخر، فهل سيتم إلغاء الحرمان أم لا؟ هل هناك أي شيء يمكن القيام به لإلغاء الحرمان؟

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.

Please note that the Labour Ban means an employee cannot get a work visa for 6-12 months (depending on the duration of the ban). However, there is no such thing as immigration ban post labour ban.

Both the bans are independent in nature and should not be confused as same.

Please check through reliable sources the nature of your ban and thereafter I can advise you whether it is even possible to lift the same.

I had a limited term contract and I resigned in the months of my employment.

I resigned for my personal reasons, so the employer imposed a ban on me and it's of one year period.

Is there something to lift the ban or do I have to wait a year to go to the UAE?
