Q: Dears,
I have an ongoing case in the labour court for delayed salary & deduction amounting to AED 195K & expecting judgement from the court of first instance in Nov 2nd week.
The issue is that our owner is already absconding & he has liquidated company assets but we still have incoming customer payments till mid of Dec which can cover my claim amount.
But the problem is in execution, by the time execution file is opened (30 days appeal +15 days notification), they will take all money & even with a favourable verdict, I wouldn't be getting anything since they are planning to close the company.
Can you please guide what can be done in this situation (any possibility of immediate account freeze before/upon judgement by a request to court...etc)?

I got a new job offer from another company. Can I cancel my visa if my labour case is pending? Is this possible?

Q: Good noon,
I have a labour court case in execution. I got a judgement already that my sponsor has to pay me. My local ran away from the UAE.
Also, he did not appear in any of the court hearings. Now I applied for the cancellation of my labour card, but MOL is asking for the sponsor to accept my cancellation.
Still, I did not get my settlement. I got the judgement before 35 days.
Please assist me, how do I get my cancellation?

Procedures for the execution of a labor court judgment

Q: I won a case. My final judgement came on 2 march and my employer has to pay me 20000.
The judgement came in the absence of the employer and I filed the notification case on 19 March to notify the judgement of the court.
But now, I am still waiting for filing the execution and after every 2 days, Alhadeed says me come after 2 days.
I don't know why they are doing this. I want to close this matter as soon as possible.
Kindly guide and advise me.

Our internal contract has a notice period of 3 months from both parties. In the new labor implementation, only one month's notice is required for less than 5 years of service.
Please advise if we can follow our internal contract since the position is very curtailed and the organization will not be able to replace the position within one month.

Can you please clarify the correct annual leave salary rules?
Some say it is basic + HRA for the month you will take off, others say it is full salary, and somewhere I read it is basic + HRA (annual leave salary) plus the normal salary you get.

How to appeal the labor judgment if the court did not approve all my dues? 0
