Denying partnership in a limited liability company after payment
You paid your partners in a Limited Liability Company a personal cheque to buy their shares. They took the money but never transferred the shares to my name. They closed the bank account and took the money.

Hi there,
Was there any MOU/agreement signed with the partner in this regard?
Where is your partner now and do you have communication with him in this regard?
If we have evidence in support of our claim, then we can file a criminal as well as a civil case against the defaulting partner.
Please feel free to reach me on 00971523782456 for further clarifications required.
Thanks,
