العواقب المترتبة على الاستقالة خلال فترة الاختبار

أود أن أطرح سؤالًا بخصوص فترة الاختبار.

لقد بدأت العمل في الشركة في 23 فبراير 2019، وأخطط للاستقالة في 30 مايو 2019.

أود أن أعرف ما إذا كنت لا أزال ضمن فترة الاختبار، وإذا لم يكن الأمر كذلك، فهل يجب علي سداد أية مبالغ مثل قيمة التأشيرة حتى في حالة أنه تم توظيفي محليًا؟

Generally, the probation is of 3 months (unless extended as given in law).

It seems like you are going to resign after the end of probation and in that case you have to abide by notice period.

However, if you will resign earlier (before 23 May), you can resign with one day notice.

My concern right now is do I need to pay the visa process which was issued by my company?

Visa fees need not be paid. It is prohibited by the law.

I have something to ask. Am I allowed to get the mobility in LMRA, even I am 3 months working in my recent company?
