قضية تحصيل تجاري لعدم سداد الفاتورة

مرحبًا،

لم يدفع أحد عملائي في دبي فواتيرنا منذ ستة أشهر.

حتى بعد الاتفاق على جدول للسداد، فقد تأخروا عن موعد الدفعة الثانية وأجلوها.

لدي كافة رسائل البريد الإلكتروني وأرقام طلبات الشراء الموقعة أيضًا.

Hello Rajasree,

Yes, I have emails. The client did give us 20% via bank transfer but after that, there has been over six months delay.

I am at a stage where I want to send a legal notice, however, I am worried that they don't pay after receiving the legal notice.

Please let me know so we can discuss next steps.

We can try for an amicable settlement. Is the company still working in Dubai?

If they are not ready to come down for a settlement, we will not have any further option apart from filing a commercial recovery case in the court.
