Expected fine for credit card and possibility of a civil case

Hi Sir,

I have to pay AED 32000 for a credit card but the bank has made a bounced cheque for 60,000 and police called for a criminal case.

I want to ask you how much will the fine be? And if I pay fine, can they make a civil case on the same cheque?

Regarding the bounced cheque, there is a fine must be paid with an amount of AED 5000.

The civil case is possible but most times it's the last choice for the bank.
