Absconding case for leaving job and lifting the ban

I left my job in Dubai and went to my home country. I want to know how to remove an absconding case and ban.

Firstly, what confirmation you have that you have an absconding case against you?

Secondly, in case you have an absconding case, then it can be removed by your ex-employer only and no other legal way.

Of course, you can make a mercy petition, but the same is not guaranteed to remove the ban.
