Checking visa status after exiting the UAE for more than six months

I was on an investor residence visa in the UAE up to 2010. I had to leave back to my home country and stay due to family issues.

In the meantime, my residence visa expired in 2011 and I did not go back since then. I apprehend, there might be some problems due to my long absence.

Before planning a return back, I want to make sure that there is nothing against me in the UAE courts or police. How to proceed?

Thanks & regards.
