MoU validity before courts in case of failing with obligations
Is the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the parties before the deal is enforceable/ recognised by the court if either party does not fulfil his/her obligation as agreed in the MoU?

Dear,
If the legal agreement is signed between the parties thereby explaining the terms and conditions, and if either party breaches such agreed terms, then it will be a valid document together with other evidence to prove such breach.
